Terms of Use

Effective August 28, 2026 ยท Version terms-2026-08-28-v2

By creating an account, signing in, or using GigLogging, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. GigLogging is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement.

Free and GigLogging+ service

The Free experience is a manual work journal and dashboard. GigLogging+ can use supported connected-account history to create calendars, statistics, exports, AI Daily Glance reports, and Daily and Weekly optimizer guidance with less manual entry.

Connected history is not a live or real-time view of the current workday. Provider records can arrive after work is completed or on a later sync. Future optional working or waiting actions may add context but do not make connected imports guaranteed live tracking.

If you connect a gig account through Argyle or another supported provider, you authorize GigLogging to receive and use available work-history data for your dashboard, reports, exports, and analytics. Imported data may be incomplete or delayed, so you remain responsible for reviewing it.

Optimizer, AI, weather, and informational guidance

Statistics, store rankings, high-potential labels, projected earnings, schedule suggestions, weather context, and AI reports are informational observations based on historical or forecast data. They may be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee income, batch availability, store performance, schedule results, platform access, or weather conditions.

Use your own judgment and prioritize safety, traffic laws, platform rules, official weather alerts, and current conditions. GigLogging is not an employer, dispatcher, gig platform, payroll service, tax product, legal adviser, financial adviser, or accounting service.

Paid subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

GigLogging+ is a recurring subscription billed at the price and cadence shown before checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize GigLogging and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method when you subscribe and at each renewal until you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

You may cancel through billing-management tools provided in your account or by contacting us through the signed-in Support/Feedback screen. Cancellation stops future renewals, does not delete your historical data, and normally leaves access available through the paid billing period.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout, subscription payments are final, nonrefundable, and not prorated for unused time. A portion of each payment may cover third-party activation, account connection, data retrieval, infrastructure, and setup costs that GigLogging incurs or commits when service is activated or renewed and cannot recover after payment.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact support promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges, inability to access paid service, or other billing errors so we can investigate and correct them when appropriate.

Billing questions and disputes

Before opening a payment dispute, please contact GigLogging support and give us a reasonable opportunity to review the charge and service records. This request does not limit any right under applicable law or card-network rules and does not apply when you reasonably believe a payment method was used without authorization.

GigLogging may retain the plan, price, billing cadence, checkout disclosure and Terms version presented, acceptance timestamp, account ID, IP address, browser/device information, Stripe checkout and subscription identifiers, cancellation records, support communications, and paid-feature usage records to document a transaction and resolve billing questions.

GigLogging is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Review exported records before relying on them.

The complete account agreement is presented during sign-up and when policy versions change.
